About the project The Base Wongsawang

The Base Wongsawang is a single forty-storey tower on three rai beside Wong Sawang Road in Bang Sue. Six hundred and eighty-four apartments on three rai is central-Bangkok density, and one thing justifies it: Wong Sawang MRT station is a minute's walk away.

The mix starts at 25.25 sq m and ends with two-bedroom units of 46; in between are one-bedrooms of 29–30 and a type with an extra room at 34.5. A separate line is the Loft: the same 29–34.75 metres but with double-height ceilings. Parking is 41% — fewer than half the apartments, and for a buyer that is the first question to ask of this building: a space of your own cannot be assumed.

The shared spaces sit on two levels: below, a lobby with a semi-outdoor section and a dog park; above, a 35-metre pool, the fifth-floor garden, a gym with a free-weights zone, a co-working space with two meeting rooms, and a sky lounge under the roof.

The legal section below names the developing legal entity: Woraphinit, not Sansiri itself. The arrangement is ordinary for Bangkok projects, but the obligations sit with the company named in the document.
