About the project XT Ekkamai

XT Ekkamai stands in Ekkamai — Watthana district, the stretch of Sukhumvit between Thonglor and Phra Khanong. Five hundred and thirty-seven apartments.

There are twelve layouts and nearly all are compact: one-bedrooms from 29.75 to 38 sq m, two-bedrooms from 45 to 57. The building is aimed at a single person or a couple: the brochure lists no three-bedroom variant at all.

The project was developed with Japan's Tokyu — the partnership is stated on the brochure's first page. The XT line's shared areas work as a network: a resident of any XT building may use the shared spaces of all the others. On the roof are a pool and a terrace, below them a gym with panoramic glazing, and in the courtyard a garden and a climbing wall.

The brochure carries no legal section, so the card gives no title deed number, plot area, mortgage status or construction dates.
