Via ARI is being built in Soi Ari 1 in Phaya Thai — the Ari people come to for its coffee shops, long past being a dormitory district. One rai, twenty-six storeys, one hundred and fourteen apartments.

One hundred and fourteen apartments across twenty-six storeys is fewer than five per floor. Areas run from 45.25 to 154.75 sq m: the building holds one-bedrooms and three-bedrooms alike, more than a threefold difference between them. An entry price from 19.99 million baht places the project in the upper segment.

The shared part is arranged like a club rather than a housing block: a lobby lounge, a gym, a multipurpose studio, a private dining room for guests, a meeting room, a social lounge, a garden at the entrance and a rooftop garden you may take a pet to. There is a concierge and automated parking.

Per the developer's annual report, at the end of 2024 construction stood at 20% and 41% of the apartments were sold; the project value is 2.5 billion baht.
