KHUN by YOO stands in Khlong Tan (Phra Khanong Nuea), Phra Khanong district — this is Thonglor, between Sukhumvit and the canal. A rai and a quarter of land, twenty-seven storeys, one building, one hundred and forty-eight apartments.
Fifteen layouts across one hundred and forty-eight apartments, and the ladder is unusually long: from a one-bedroom of 41.50 sq m to a penthouse of 302.75. In between are two-bedrooms at 82 and 97.75, three-bedrooms at 139.25 and 149.75, and a second penthouse of 294. Variants with an m in the code are mirrored versions of their pairs.
The interiors and shared areas are designed by Philippe Starck: a pool along the parapet with a city view, a rooftop pavilion, a lobby with designer furniture. The building is deliberately small — fewer than six apartments per floor.
Per the brochure's legal section the project owner is BTS Sansiri Holding Sixteen; the land is title deeds 122314–122315, 166417–166421, 226116 and 229200, about one and a quarter rai. Construction began on 1 January 2017 and completion was expected on 31 May 2020.
