- Number of apartments: the developer's page says 639. Thai reviews count 639 residential units plus one commercial, while the partner's press release says 640 residential. The card prints the developer's figure and lists the commercial unit separately.
- Plot area: the developer writes “appr. 1.4 acres” (3.54 rai) while Thai reviews say “about 3 rai”. Nobody publishes an exact rai-ngan-wah figure; the card prints the reviews' rounding.
- The brochure has no legal section — it is empty, with no text layer at all. The card gives no title deed number, mortgage status or construction dates.
