About the project SHUSH Ratchathewi

SHUSH Ratchathewi is being built in Thung Phaya Thai — Ratchathewi, five minutes from Siam. Thirty-two storeys on two rai, three hundred and eighty-three apartments.

What matters here is not the amenity list but the apartment itself: about ninety per cent of the units are laid out as lofts with a four-and-a-half-metre ceiling and full-height glazing. In Bangkok such ceilings normally go to penthouses, not to the bulk of a building's stock.

The shared part follows the same idea: an amphitheatre, lounges for relaxing, socialising and studying, an executive room, an entertainment room, an active club, a self-laundry and a garden. A HYDRO SMART water system serves both the apartments and the common areas; entry is by keycard, the locks are digital, and the LIV-24 service watches over it.

Per the developer's annual report, at the end of 2024 construction stood at 21% and 26% of the apartments were sold; the project value is 5.3 billion baht.
