Saransiri Kohkaew Retreat is a single-house estate in Koh Kaew subdistrict, Mueang Phuket district, postcode 83000. Sansiri PLC started construction on 15 October 2023 and set 31 December 2026 for the common areas. Prices start at ฿7.59 million.
There are two house types and they share one specification: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a Thai kitchen and two parking spaces. MOONLIGHT gives 152 sq m of usable area and SUNSHINE 163 sq m; the two differ in layout, not in the set of rooms.
The grounds hold the SARAN CLUB clubhouse, a saltwater pool with adult and children's basins, an equipped fitness room, a co-working space with free Wi-Fi and an educational playground. The garden is laid out as a lawn for family activities ringed by mountains. Security runs on the 24-hour LIV 24 system, CCTV across the estate and a guard patrol every 30 minutes.
The estate sits on Kathu–Na Koh Road between Bankathu School and Soi Dulwich, inside the Kohkaew Retreat community. British International School Phuket is 7.8 km away. The nearest large landmarks are Central Phuket department store and the exit onto Thepkrasattri Road. Further out lie Villa Market at Phuket Boat Lagoon, Finnway International School and Robinson Lifestyle Thalang. Beyond them come Mission Hospital Phuket and Bangkok Hospital Phuket, Phuket Old Town and the international airport.
The land is held under chanote no. 119388. It is mortgaged to Krung Thai Bank, and Sansiri's 2024 accounts confirm the charge. The land allocation permit was still being applied for at the date of the brochure.

Per Sansiri's accounts as of 31 December 2024 the project is valued at ฿1,072 million, construction progress stands at 60% and 84% of the houses are sold.

- One of the four bedrooms sits downstairs, beyond the dining and living area, by the wall furthest from the carport. The only bathroom on that level stands at the other end of the house, by the staircase.

- The brochure calls the plot approximately 30 rai, while Sansiri's annual report as of 31 December 2024 gives 30 rai 0 ngan 75 square wah, that is 48,300 sq m.
- The Thai edition of the brochure gives the plot as chanote no. 119388 (the abbreviation ฉ. denotes a title deed), while the English edition of the same document renders the same number as License No.
- The Thai opening page of the brochure lists สระว่ายนํ้าส่วนตัว — a private pool — among the communal facilities; the English edition writes simply a swimming pool in the same place; and the facilities page in both editions shows one shared saltwater pool with adult and children's basins.
- The annual report presents the project as located near British International School Phuket, and the map in the brochure draws that school in the next block — yet the distance table in the same brochure puts it at 7.8 km.
