About the project FLO by Sansiri
FLO stands on Somdet Chao Phraya Road in Khlong San — the bank of the Chao Phraya opposite Bang Rak, three minutes from ICONSIAM. Twenty-two storeys, one building, five hundred and eight apartments on two rai: the plot is small, so whatever does not fit below has been lifted onto the roof.
The mix runs through four types twice over. The plain ones: one-bedrooms of 24.5–29.25 sq m, larger one-bedrooms of 34.25–34.75, two-bedrooms with one bathroom at 46–50 and with two at 48–64. Then the same four in a high-ceiling execution. At identical floor areas these are different apartments, and listings usually fail to tell them apart at all.
The shared part is split across two levels — hall, co-working, meeting room and ground-floor garden below; pool, gym and a rooftop garden over the river above. A laundry with dryers, a mail room, round-the-clock security and CCTV, an EV charging point.
