Zensiri Estate is 26 pool villas in Jomtien. The houses run from three to six bedrooms; the developer is ESS Developments. The project was announced in November 2024 together with the neighbouring Zensiri Residences, and construction started in 2025.
Six bedrooms is a family house rather than a holiday one: these are bought to live in or to rent out at scale. Twenty-six houses on the plot means a private guarded street, not a district.
Jomtien is the beach strip south of Pattaya: the promenade, markets, a second line of cafés and shops. The sea is closer here than from the same developer's inland Lakeside.
Estate and Residences sell as one site: the villas and 126 apartments side by side. For a villa buyer that means living next to an apartment building on the same grounds.
