Copacabana Coral Reef

Copacabana Coral Reef is a 55-storey tower on Jomtien Second Road, 450 metres from the beach and three kilometres from central Pattaya. Handover is set for 2027. Our catalogue holds 650 apartments in this building, from 3.7 million baht for a compact unit to 36.6 million for a three-bedroom residence near the top.

The offer is almost entirely two formats: 476 one-bedroom apartments and 166 two-bedroom ones, with only eight three-bedroom units. Areas run from 32.1 to 156 m², residential floors run from the seventh to the 54th, and ceilings are three metres.

The main shared space is lifted onto the roof: a rooftop infinity pool, a sky garden and a gym facing the gulf. Below sit a spa with sauna and steam room, a lounge, a games room, a multi-purpose hall, water slides and EV charging in the car park. Security is around the clock with CCTV.

Jomtien is the long beach strip south of Pattaya: quieter than the city, with the seafront promenade and its markets alongside, though bigger shopping and the airport mean driving back through the centre. From the building to the water is 450 metres — one crossing of Second Road and a block of buildings.

The public materials carry no legal paperwork: no chanote number, no foreign quota share, no maintenance fee. As of August 2026 the project has no working website of its own — the domain shows a "coming soon" placeholder.
