Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya is two towers of 60 and 31 storeys holding 899 apartments, with the first phase completing at the end of 2028. The developer is Lunique Real Estate, founded in 2016; the building carries the Banyan Group brand and is its first residence in Pattaya.

Sixty floors is the upper limit of height in Jomtien. The towers differ twofold, and a view from the 60th floor and from the 31st are different purchases even though the project is one.

Jomtien is the beach strip south of Pattaya: the promenade, markets, the second line of shops and cafés.

A hotel brand on the facade means a management company and its service standard, and with them the fee for that service. The terms are worth reading in the contract: branded residences charge more than ordinary ones.
