Seven Seas Le Carnival

Seven Seas Le Carnival is four blocks of eight to twenty-eight storeys on a 16,500 m² plot in Jomtien, completed in December 2023. The developer is Universal Group; the blocks are named Rio, Brasilia, San Paulo and Salvador.

Blocks of different heights mean different buildings at one address: lifts, views and neighbour density all work differently in an eight-storey block and a twenty-eight-storey one.

Jomtien is the beach strip south of Pattaya: the promenade, markets, the second line of shops and cafés.

The project is finished, which changes the inspection: look at the complex itself rather than promises — the state of the pools and greenery, occupancy, and how the management copes with fifteen hundred apartments.
