Zensiri Lakeside Mabprachan is a village of pool villas by Mabprachan lake in East Pattaya. The developer is ESS Developments; the houses have three, four or five bedrooms and each has its own pool.
Mabprachan is a lake twelve kilometres from the sea: quieter, greener and cheaper than the coastal strip. People live here year-round rather than for a fortnight: international schools and Bangkok Pattaya hospital are close.
The sea is a twenty-minute drive away. Living in this part of Pattaya without a car is awkward — there is almost no public transport.
The developer has three Pattaya projects: this one, Zensiri Estate and Zensiri Residences in Jomtien. Lakeside is the only one away from the coast.
