Two buildings for 126 apartments works out at about sixty per block — low density for Jomtien, where neighbouring towers hold five hundred and a thousand units.
Jomtien is the beach strip south of Pattaya: the promenade, markets, the second line of shops and cafés. The water is closer than from the same developer's inland projects.
The building shares its site with Zensiri Estate and its 26 pool villas. The project was announced in November 2024 and construction started in 2025.
