XT Huaikhwang stands on Ratchadaphisek seventy-five metres from the Huai Khwang metro station — the case where the underground is closer than your own parking space. Six rai, two towers of forty-three and fourteen storeys, one thousand four hundred and four apartments.
There are three types: a studio of 27.75–30 sq m, a one-bedroom of 34–34.75 and a two-bedroom of 50–69.75. The towers differ in more than height — the fourteen-storey one gives a different view and a different density per floor.
The developer gathered the shared part under the name Co-Sharing: a wharf lounge, co-working, a pool, a gym, a garden, an art zone, an outdoor theatre and home automation in the apartments. For a building of fourteen hundred apartments this is a set built on the assumption that residents will spend time downstairs, not merely park there.
The building was completed in May 2021 and is occupied.
