Widen occupies two rai in Thung Maha Mek — Sathon, Bangkok's business centre, where no free land is left and two rai counts as a large plot for a condominium.

Two hundred and fifteen apartments on two rai is a central-district density, and here it is not a drawback but the condition of the address: in Sathon you pay not for the land around the building but for the building standing exactly here.

🔴 The developer named in the document is Siri TK Seven (reg. no. 0105566076792), a separate company rather than Sansiri PLC itself. Such a structure is common on Bangkok projects, but obligations are carried by the legal entity named in the document.

Construction began in July 2025 and handover is stated for February 2028. As of the brochure's date the land is mortgaged.

One building, thirty-four storeys, two hundred and fifteen apartments. Parking is stated at 105% — one space per apartment with a margin, which matters more in Sathorn than it sounds: parking is scarce here and its absence shows up in the resale price.

The mix runs from a 45.25 sq m one-bedroom to three-bedroom units of 143.75–209.75 sq m, with two-bedroom units of 63.75–90.75 sq m and a separate '2 bedroom plus' type of 88.50 sq m in between. The upper end is no longer an investment lot but an apartment to raise a family in, downtown.

The shared spaces sit on two levels: below, a garden with an outdoor lounge, a putting green and a pet garden; above, a sky garden, a pool facing Bang Krachao, a sauna and steam room, a meeting room and working rooms. Bang Krachao is Bangkok's green lung across the bend of the river; a view of it from the centre sells for more than a view of the city.

Where the developer contradicts itself

The developer named in the document is Siri TK Seven (0105566076792), not Sansiri PLC (0107538000665). Both are printed: the brand sells, the company named in the document carries the obligations.
The number of apartments (215) comes from the project page. The brochure publishes no layouts or unit areas — the passport carries none.
The card has no photographs: Sansiri's brochures carry a shared corporate photo set, and a frame appearing in more than one brochure is not taken into a gallery. A photograph of another house passed off as this one is the very defect that cost 93 cards in August.
