Saransiri Bangna stands in Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan — the south-eastern exit from Bangkok along Bangna — Trat, near the industrial belt and Suvarnabhumi airport. Sixty-six and a half rai, two hundred and forty-six houses.
There are three house types with flower names: Daisy at one hundred and sixty-five square metres, Camelia at one hundred and eighty-eight, Freesia at two hundred and forty-three. Entry starts at 6.59 million baht.
The architecture is modern farmhouse: white rendered volumes with steep gables, arched openings, dark frames. The same device runs through the shared part: the clubhouse is built as an arcade and the pool runs straight under it.
At the centre of the development is a lake with a timber jetty, with a meadow and paths around it. A vegetable garden the residents pick from and a playground are laid out separately.
