Narinsiri Krungthep Kreetha stands in Saphan Sung in eastern Bangkok — the same cluster of expensive developments along Krungthep Kreetha. Twenty-two rai, thirty-six houses.
Thirty-six houses on twenty-two rai is more than half a rai each, and it shows in the layout: greenery remains between plots rather than fence against fence. Entry starts at fifty million baht.
