Narasiri Victoire Krungthep Kreetha stands on the Srinakarin — Romklao road in Bang Kapi, in the eastern belt of expensive developments along Krungthep Kreetha. Seventy-two and a half rai, ninety-four houses.

There are three house types, all large: MANOIR NO.4 at four hundred and fifty-three square metres, MANOIR NO.5 at five hundred and forty-three, MANOIR NO.6 at six hundred and seventy-eight. Plots run from one hundred and fifteen to two hundred and sixty square wah with four parking spaces. Entry starts at sixty-five million baht.
