Narinsiri Rama 9 - Krungthep Kreetha stands in Saphan Sung — eastern Bangkok, between Rama IX and Krungthep Kreetha, where a cluster of expensive developments has formed. Twenty-nine rai, fifty-six houses.
Fifty-six houses on twenty-nine rai is half a rai each, and entry starts at forty million baht. There are three house types: BLOOMSBURY at three hundred and thirty square metres, BERKSHIRE at four hundred and thirty, BEXLEY at five hundred and thirty.
The shared part is built around water: the main house is set so that it is reflected in it whole, and the entrance is resolved as a circular plaza with a colonnade. Inside, the developer has given separate rooms to what developments this size usually combine into one hall.
The houses are European classical: dormer windows in the roof, porticoes, shutters. The playground is a piece in its own right, with water graphics on its surfacing.
