Two 8-storey residential buildings on a plot of about 4,800 sq m (3 rai). 326 units in total, with no commercial units in the project. Per the developer's documents, construction started in February 2024 and completion was planned for August 2025; the project page marks the building as ready to move in.
Fourteen layouts, all of them compact formats for one or two people. The smallest, 24.75–25.75 sq m, is drawn as a single undivided room — a studio — although the developer's type table files it under one-bedroom. The middle format of 30.50–31.50 sq m and the larger 34.25–35.25 sq m do have a separate bedroom. The developer publishes floor plans for all eight storeys. Parking covers about 45% of the units — fewer spaces than there are homes.
Wichit is a subdistrict of Mueang Phuket, on the eastern side of the island next to Phuket Town. Distances per the developer: Head Start International School 700 m, Makro 900 m, Big C 1.1 km, Bangkok Hospital Siriroj 1.4 km, Index Living Mall 1.8 km, QSI International School and Annebra King Power 3.2 km each, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 3.5 km, Kajonkiet International School 5 km, the airport 32.2 km.

- The concept name is the developer's own wording. It refers to morning sun over the sea: the facades carry a colour gradient, while the pool's colours and pattern, the developer says, are drawn from Phuket's sunsets.

- The project's main pool: a mosaic sunbeam pattern runs along its floor, with a garden and a sunbathing area around it.

- An open lounge area beside the pool's overflow edge, shaded by palms.

- Decorated in what the developer calls Luxury Beach Tropical: colour and pattern with beach references instead of an office-style entrance hall.

- The fitness centre, with a coral pattern on the walls and windows onto the garden.

- Solo Co-working Space is a secluded single-person spot; Tropical Co-working Space has desks and sofas and suits a meeting as well.
