dcondo cove Phuket
About the project dcondo cove Phuket
Four 8-storey residential buildings plus a separate two-storey common-facility building on a plot of about 8 rai (12,800 sq m). 862 units in total, with no commercial units. Per the legal section of the brochure (October 2025) the project has not started yet: the land has not been transferred to the developer, the environmental assessment and the construction permit are still in the approval process, construction begins in February 2026 and completion is expected around July 2027. The same section states that the land and buildings are to be mortgaged. Prices start at 1.99 million baht; parking covers about 45% of the units.
Thirty layouts, from 23.75 to 53.00 sq m. The most compact ones, 1A and 1Am (23.75–25.25 sq m), are drawn as a single undivided room — studios — although the developer's type table files them under one-bedroom. Above them sit one-bedroom units with a separate bedroom, 28.00 to 34.75 sq m; in types 1D and 1Dm a second walled room sits next to the bedroom, labelled multi-purpose by the developer and drawn with a bed in it. Nine two-bedroom types run 51.50–53.00 sq m: a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a second bedroom with another one. The Garden, Pool and Spec1 tags in a type code mark a first-floor unit — on the floor plans those types appear only on the first floors of buildings B, C and D, and the drawing for a Garden/Pool pair is identical.
The developer publishes floor plans for all eight storeys of each of the four buildings. From the second floor up, every apartment is labelled with its number, type and area; the first floor of building A holds parking and service rooms, with no apartments on it. Two types, 1A and 1Cm, have 360° tours.
Kathu is a subdistrict and a district of the same name on Phuket, between Phuket Town and Patong. Distances per the developer: Khajonkiat Suksa School 2.3 km, Prince of Songkhla University Phuket campus 2.8 km, Lotus 3.2 km, Central Phuket and Makro 3.7 km each, Bangkok Hospital Phuket 4.1 km, Head Start International School 4.5 km, Darasamuth Phuket School 4.7 km, Vachira Phuket Hospital 5.1 km, Phuket Old Town 6.4 km, Patong Beach 7.7 km, the airport 32 km. On the developer's own map the site sits off Phra Phuket Kaew Road, between Wichit Songkhram and Chaloem Phrakiat roads.
On site: a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a sunbathing area, a yoga space, an equipped fitness centre, a lobby, a co-working space, a meeting room, a common garden with a relaxation area, a laundry, parking, an EV charging station, 24-hour security and CCTV. The developer calls the architectural idea Mystery Village and describes the landscaping as a tin-mine forest story — the plot lies in Phuket's former tin-mining district.

Features of the complex
- Construction has not started
- Per the legal section of the October 2025 brochure, construction begins in February 2026 and completion is expected around July 2027. These are earliest-stage sales, not a finished building.
- Land not yet transferred, EIA still pending
- The same document states that the land is awaiting transfer of ownership to the developer and that the environmental assessment and the construction permit are in the approval process. One more caveat: the land and buildings are to be mortgaged.
- Thirty layouts
- From 23.75 to 53.00 sq m: two studios, nineteen one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom types. For comparison, another Sansiri project on Phuket, THE BASE Rise, offers fourteen types and not a single two-bedroom one.
- Two-bedroom units with two bathrooms
- Nine types of 51.50–53.00 sq m: a master bedroom with its own bathroom, a second bedroom with another one, and a shared living and kitchen area.
- A multi-purpose room in types 1D and 1Dm
- The drawing shows a second walled room next to the bedroom with a bed drawn in it; the developer labels it multi-purpose and still files the unit as one-bedroom in the type table.
- Garden, Pool and Spec1 mean the first floor
- On the floor plans, types carrying these tags appear only on the first floors of buildings B, C and D. The drawing for a Garden/Pool pair is identical — what differs is where the unit sits in the complex.
- Floor plans with unit numbers
- The developer publishes plans for all eight storeys of each of the four buildings. From the second floor up, every apartment is labelled with its number, type and area; the first floor of building A is given over to parking and service rooms.
- 360° tours of two types
- Virtual tours are available for the 1A studio (23.75–25.00 sq m) and the 1Cm one-bedroom (30.50–31.00 sq m).
- Parking for 45%
- The developer states parking for about 45% of the units — fewer spaces than there are homes.
- One plot, one title deed
- All 862 units sit on a plot of about 8 rai held under a single title deed, no. 21123.
- Pool with a jacuzzi and a yoga space
- The common area holds a pool with a separate jacuzzi, a sunbathing spot and a yoga space; the amenity list also names a co-working space, a meeting room and a laundry.
- The Mystery Village concept
- The concept name is the developer's own wording: the architecture echoes the surrounding ridges and the landscaping is presented as a tin-mine forest story — the plot lies in Kathu, Phuket's former tin-mining district.
