The City Phuket

The City Phuket is 171 apartments in two eight-storey blocks in Kathu, handed over in December 2023. The developer is World Corporation, a public company in development since 2015.

Kathu is the island's inland district between Patong and Phuket Town: the beach is over the hill, but Central Floresta, hospitals, schools and jobs are close. People live here year-round rather than for a fortnight.

The grounds have a pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a lobby, a study area, a co-working space and a karaoke and movie room, with round-the-clock security and CCTV.

The building is finished, and that changes the inspection: look at the building itself rather than renders — the state of the common areas, how full the car park is, how the management company works.
