THE BASE Downtown stands in Soi Suphathira in Khon Kaen itself. Two eight-storey buildings and a separate two-storey clubhouse on four rai — an unusual case for this class, where the shared part occupies its own building rather than the ground floor of a residential one.
There are four hundred and seventy-eight apartments, distributed plainly: four hundred and thirty-four one-bedrooms of 21.75–38.25 sq m and forty-four two-bedrooms of 42.75–47.5. The spread inside the one-bedroom type is close to twofold — a studio buyer and a couple take different apartments under the same name.
The centrepiece of the shared part is a pool of half-Olympic length: in a building whose standard unit is a one-bedroom, that much water is not usually built. Beside it are the gym, the hall, a laundry with dryers, a garden with a lounge area and an EV charging point.
