About the project dcondo Campus Khonkaen
dcondo Campus stands on Adulyaram Road in Khon Kaen itself — not in a suburb but in the central Nai Mueang subdistrict. Six rai, three eight-storey buildings and seven hundred and sixty-nine apartments; the buildings are set in a ring, so the pool and lawn end up inside the courtyard rather than round the back.
There are three types: one-bedrooms of 22–30.75 sq m, one-bedrooms with an extra room of 34–35 sq m, and two-bedrooms of 47 sq m. A two-bedroom in a building that calls itself a campus one is a bet on two salaries or on a lecturer's family, not only on a first-year student.
