The shared part is of a kind rarely built in the provinces: a whole block of the development is given to it rather than a corner by the gate. The clubhouse is built around a tree left growing in its courtyard, and the running path winds through the park instead of following the perimeter fence.
At the gate residents are let through a lane of their own rather than queueing at the guard box.
Per the brochure's legal block the project owner is Piwattana Co., the land is title deed 6416 of about forty-one rai, mortgaged to Siam Commercial Bank. Construction began in April 2018 and the shared areas completed by May 2020.
