The shared part is of a kind rarely built in the provinces: a whole block of the development is given to it rather than a corner by the gate. The clubhouse is built around a tree left growing in its courtyard, and the running path winds through the park instead of following the perimeter fence.
At the gate residents are let through a lane of their own rather than queueing at the guard box.
