About the project The Katabello
The Katabello is a condominium under The Title brand in Kata, on the south-west of Phuket. Eight seven-storey residential buildings, 760 apartments, a 14-rai plot (23,606 sq m). The developer is Rhom Bho Property, a public company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker TITLE. Works started in the third quarter of 2025 and the developer names the second quarter of 2027 for completion; progress stood at 8% in July 2026.
Apartments run from 28 to 71 sq m. The whole range is one-bedroom apart from its top: 1BS at 28 sq m, then M, L and XL. Above them sit two Plus types at 47 and 56 sq m, where a second room joins the bedroom, and 2B at 66 sq m with two bathrooms. A penthouse stands as a separate line in the unit type list, but its area is not published yet.
The grounds are built around water: seven outdoor zones carry their own names, from The Gate to Mediterranean at the entrance to the pet pool and yard. Indoors there are thirteen rooms. The largest, The Wellness Sanctuary, gathers a fitness centre, a boxing ring, a yoga area, an onsen, a sauna, a steam room and a cinematic room. Parking is planned for 350 cars, or 46% of the apartments. On top of that come 40 double-stack spaces and 80 for motorbikes.
Ceiling height depends on the building. A and C have 2.60 m throughout. The other six have 2.75 m on the first and seventh floors and 2.60 m from the second to the sixth. The developer calls the style a Mediterranean leisure condo resort, and the arcades, the entrance fountain and the balustrades over the water bear that out.
The legal side is not disclosed: the brochure carries no title deed number, no foreign quota share and no common-area fee. What the developer does publish is the works: piling complete, structure at 22.2%, architecture at 1.02%, building systems at 1%.

Features of the complex
- Parking for 46% of the apartments
- 350 spaces for 760 apartments — 46%. On top of that, 40 double-stack spaces, 80 for motorbikes and five EV charging bays. For a project in Kata, where people arrive by car, the count is worth keeping in mind.
- Ceiling heights differ between buildings
- Buildings A and C are 2.60 m. In B, D, E, F, G and H the first and seventh floors are 2.75 m while floors two to six are 2.60 m. Those fifteen centimetres are chosen with the building, not with the apartment.
- 8% after the first year of construction
- Works have been running since the third quarter of 2025. By July 2026 piling was complete, structure stood at 22.2%, architecture at 1.02% and systems at 1%. The date the developer names is the second quarter of 2027.

Where the developer contradicts itself
- Number of unit types: the project page lists seven codes, the brochure's type list has eight lines, and the eighth, the penthouse, carries no area.
- The type list gives ranges (1 BEDROOM M — 32–36 sq m, 2 BEDROOM — 66–71 sq m), while the unit plan sheet prints a single figure per type. The table above uses the figures from the drawings themselves.
- The developer gives no figure for the distance to Kata Beach — only “minutes away”; distances to the other beaches are in the brochure and are listed in the nearby block.
