About the project Setthasiri San Sai

Setthasiri San Sai stands on the Chiang Mai — Phrao road in Nong Chom, San Sai district of Chiang Mai. Fifty-three rai, one hundred and sixty houses, and the mountains are visible from the shared grounds — the development is set so that the valley opens from the terraces.

There are four house types with Thai names: KIRISIRI at one hundred and sixty square metres, WAREESIRI S170 at one hundred and seventy, NAPHANGSIRI M240 at two hundred and forty, TARASIRI L283 at two hundred and eighty-three. Entry starts at 6.56 million baht.

The architecture is northern Lanna: tall pitched roofs with deep eaves, white rendered volumes, timber posts and a colonnade along the pool. The clubhouse is built as a pavilion open to the garden rather than a closed box.

The gym faces the mountains and a bell tower carrying the development's name stands at the entrance. Service is the concierge of the developer's management company.
