The architecture is built around a single motif: the developer refers to western barns, and it shows in the clubhouse — brickwork, a tall arch and a pitched roof instead of the usual Thai concrete. The motif is not decorative; it shapes the houses too.
The house comes in one composition — four bedrooms, three bathrooms, parking for two cars — and the variants differ by how they sit on the plot: detached or semi-detached.
