Anasiri Payap is a gated community of detached and semi-detached houses in Nong Pa Khrang — the eastern part of Chiang Mai city rather than its outskirts: the old town and the ring road are about equally close. The developer laid out twenty rai for two-storey building only; there is no condominium density here.
The architecture is built around a single motif: the developer refers to western barns, and it shows in the clubhouse — brickwork, a tall arch and a pitched roof instead of the usual Thai concrete. The motif is not decorative; it shapes the houses too.
The house comes in one composition — four bedrooms, three bathrooms, parking for two cars — and the variants differ by how they sit on the plot: detached or semi-detached. The brochure publishes the plans floor by floor, without type codes or areas, so the layouts section carries them as floor drawings rather than as unit types with a metric figure.
