Burasiri occupies eighty-five rai in Hua Mak — that is Bang Kapi, between Srinakarin and Romklao. Two hundred and seventy-six plots, two-storey houses, and not a single type below four bedrooms: the development was assembled for a family from the start, not for a couple.
There are six types, and the spread between them is wider than some developers keep between whole ranges: CALAMUS-A and CALAMUS-B at 196 and 197 sq m, KEMPAS 238, CARUNDA 300, MALALEUCA 374 and PODOCARPUS 426. Plots run from 50 to 140 square wa, with four parking spaces.
The shared part is plain but carries two things that usually are not there: an educational playground for children and a co-working space in the clubhouse. A saltwater pool, a gym, a garden. The perimeter is closed by a double RFID gate, CCTV, a digital fence and the LIV-24 monitoring service.
The developer separately lists provisions for ageing in place: bedroom and bathroom floors on one level with no threshold, and a soft floor covering in the bedroom. The development is finished and lived in; the legal section below gives the title deed numbers and the state of the land as of April 2022.
