Narasiri Rama 2
About the project Narasiri Rama 2
Narasiri Rama 2 stands on the Rama II highway in Samae Dam, Bang Khun Thian — south-western Bangkok, the capital's only district with a sea frontage. Thirty-five rai, fifty-seven houses.
Fifty-seven houses on thirty-five rai is more than half a rai per house including the shared grounds, and the development matches: entry starts at twenty-three million baht. There are four house types: Lalique at three hundred and twenty-one square metres, Marco at three hundred and ninety, Marco (B) at four hundred and one, Jardine at five hundred and twenty-three. Plots run from one hundred and fifteen to three hundred and twenty-three square wah.
The architecture is classical, with a colonnade and a fountain at the entrance and marble and inlaid floors inside. The shared part is arranged like a hotel: a clubhouse with lobby and lounge, a salt-water pool with a spa area, a steam room and a gym.
The entrance has two gates: residents and visitors use separate lanes with card access. Cabling is laid underground and a fibre-optic network runs across the site.

Where the developer contradicts itself
- Plot area: the project page prints 37-0-45.14 rai while the same developer's factsheet and the brochure's legal section give 34-3-11 rai (about 34.8). The card prints the document; the discrepancy is the developer's own.
- House types: the developer names four. External listings add two more — Edmund at 313 sq m and Lindbergh at 599 — which appear neither in the factsheet nor on the project page. The card does not print them.
- Owner: the legal section names Arnawat Limited (reg. 0105546144865) as the project owner rather than Sansiri PLC itself.
