Narasiri Phahol-Watcharapol occupies seventy-five rai in Tha Raeng — Bang Khen, the north of Bangkok, where Phahonyothin has already become Watcharaphon. Seventy-five rai for one hundred and twenty-five houses means about six hundred square metres of land per house: inside the city such a division is rare, and it explains why the project takes seven years to build — from March 2021 to December 2027.
Narasiri is Sansiri's top house line, and what separates it from the volume lines Anasiri or Kanasiri is not the finish but the density: there the houses stand shoulder to shoulder, here there is land between them.
The developer calls the style Modern French Renaissance: mansard roofs with dormers, an arched entrance portal, symmetry about the central axis. These houses do not resemble the neighbouring Bangkok projects — the bet is on a European quotation rather than on Thai modernism.
There are six house types, all named MANOIR: from 347 to 658 square metres, four or five bedrooms, three or four parking spaces. The plot beneath the house runs from 90 to 290 square wa — roughly 360 to 1,160 square metres. Between the smallest and the largest type the house nearly doubles and the land nearly triples.
The legal section below is taken from the developer's document: a single title deed for the whole tract, a mortgage, the construction dates. Seventy-five rai in one holding inside Bangkok are not bought — they are held for decades, and the deed number shows it.

Where the developer contradicts itself
- The legal block is extracted from the brochure's text layer by a parser rather than read off an image: small Thai type renders unreliably — «ธ.ค.» and «ส.ค.» differ by a single element, and that has already produced one wrong completion month.
- The number of houses (125) comes from the project page; the plot area and title deed from the brochure. The developer publishes no house areas, so the passport carries none.
- The card has no photographs: Sansiri's brochures carry a shared corporate photo set, and a frame appearing in more than one brochure is not taken into a gallery. A photograph of another house passed off as this one is the very defect that cost 93 cards in August.
