About the project Siri Place Don Mueang-Songprapha

The name points at Don Mueang, but the project stands outside Bangkok — in Lak Hok, Mueang district of Pathum Thani province. The Red Line station at Lak Hok is 5.6 kilometres away, the Don Mueang expressway ramp 6.2. Twelve rai, one hundred and thirty-eight two-storey townhouses.

There are three house types. SINGEL is ninety-nine square metres with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one parking space. ROKIN is one hundred and eleven with two spaces. AMSTEL is one hundred and twenty-eight with four bedrooms. Plots run from 16.5 to 40.9 square wah — between sixty-six and one hundred and sixty-three square metres, so the extremes differ two and a half times.

The quarter belongs to the developer's Amsterdam series and takes it literally: the clubhouse stands under a windmill, the façades are gabled in brick and graphite.

The shared part has a salt-water pool with a children's pool, a gym glazed floor to ceiling, a co-working space and a garden. Security is LIV-24, the developer's round-the-clock monitoring centre.

Where the developer contradicts itself

Address versus name: the project is named after Don Mueang, a Bangkok district, while both the brochure and the developer's page give the legal address in Lak Hok, Pathum Thani. The card follows the address.
Mortgage: the brochure's mortgage line is printed without a bank name — the document does not say who holds it. The card therefore makes no claim about the mortgage.
Dates: the developer's catalogue row dates the project to 2023; the brochure's legal block (data as of January 2021) gives February 2021 as the construction start and December 2025 for the shared areas. The card prints the catalogue year.
