Mori Haus stands in Phra Khanong Nuea, Watthana — the T77 community off Sukhumvit. Four rai of land, two seven-storey buildings, two hundred and sixty-two apartments.
The concept is a Japanese garden: between the buildings there is water rather than lawn and paths. The pool is built as cascades and runs into a pond with water plants and trees set in the ground rather than in planters. The balconies are planted tier by tier, so the building reads as a slope rather than a wall.
All two hundred and sixty-two units are residential; the project has no commercial ones.
Per the brochure's legal block the land is title deeds 2744, 2770 and 2860 of about four rai, mortgaged to Krungthai Bank. At the document's date (March 2016) the construction permit was still being obtained; work began in June 2016 and completion was expected in December 2017.
