Valles Haus is being built in Phra Khanong Nuea, Watthana — the stretch of Sukhumvit past Ekkamai, on the approach to the T77 community. Six rai, three seven-storey buildings, four hundred and eight apartments.
There are four formats and they form a ladder: a one-bedroom from 33.75 to 35.25 sq m, a one-bedroom with an extra room from 47.75 to 48.25, a two-bedroom from 61.25 to 62.50 and a three-bedroom of 90.25. The building is meant for a single person and for a family alike, not for one segment.
The shared part is denser than is usual for seven-storey blocks. Beyond the familiar set the developer has given separate rooms to things buildings this size normally skip: water with hydromassage, a mat-work studio, a steam room and a multi-setting shower. Outside there is a dog run and beds the residents pick greens from.
Per the brochure's legal section the project owner is Siri Smart Five Co., the land is title deed 6187 of about six rai, mortgaged to Kasikornbank. The environmental assessment and construction permit have been obtained and construction began in September 2025.
