There are four plans, and what separates them is rooms rather than floor area. 182 sq m gives four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living room. 200 sq m keeps the four bedrooms but has five bathrooms. 242 sq m adds a second living room and a maid's room. 295 sq m adds a third parking space on top. Plots run from 50 to 100 square wa.
The shared part is brought out to the water: a clubhouse on the bank, a gym overlooking it, a saltwater pool with a jacuzzi, a jogging track, a park, playgrounds for children and for dogs, and a vegetable garden.
