Siri Place Rangsit 2 sits on the Rangsit–Pathum Thani road in Suan Phrik Thai, Mueang district. Thirty-three rai, three hundred and seventy two-storey townhouses; Future Park Rangsit is eleven kilometres away.
There are three house types, and they differ by rooms and parking rather than by finish. SINGEL is ninety-nine square metres with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one parking space. ROKIN is one hundred and eleven with two spaces. AMSTEL is one hundred and twenty-eight with four bedrooms. Plots run from 16.5 to 30 square wah — between sixty-six and one hundred and twenty square metres of land.
The quarter is built on an Amsterdam theme: gabled façades in brick orange, grey and white, shutters, flowers on the sills. The entrance gate is treated the same way as the terraces themselves.
The shared part covers both sport and work: a half-Olympic salt-water pool with a separate children's pool, a gym, a co-working space, a playground and a garden. Security is LIV-24, the developer's round-the-clock monitoring centre.
