There are three house types, and they differ by rooms and parking rather than by finish. SINGEL is ninety-nine square metres with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one parking space. ROKIN is one hundred and eleven with two spaces. AMSTEL is one hundred and twenty-eight with four bedrooms. Plots run from 16.5 to 30 square wah — between sixty-six and one hundred and twenty square metres of land.
The quarter is built on an Amsterdam theme: gabled façades in brick orange, grey and white, shutters, flowers on the sills. The entrance gate is treated the same way as the terraces themselves.
The shared part covers both sport and work: a half-Olympic salt-water pool with a separate children's pool, a gym, a co-working space, a playground and a garden. Security is LIV-24, the developer's round-the-clock monitoring centre.

- Style: the developer's page headline calls the design a New York loft, while the concept section on the same page — and the quarter in the photographs — are Amsterdam. The card follows the concept and the photographs.
- Dates: the developer's catalogue row dates the project to 2020, while the brochure's legal block (data as of February 2022) gives June 2021 as the construction start and December 2022 for the shared areas — a later phase.
