Seaspire Jomtien is a 49-storey tower of 451 apartments in Jomtien. On paper the project is run by Dusit High Tower; the developer brand is Dusit Group.
Forty-nine floors and four hundred and fifty-one apartments works out at about nine doors per floor: the layouts are larger than in the district's mass-market towers.
Jomtien is the beach strip south of Pattaya: the promenade, markets, the second line of shops and cafés. Bigger shopping and the airport mean driving through the centre.
