Five hundred and sixteen apartments in a low-rise build means several blocks and large shared grounds. Hotel management means guest neighbours and a service that is paid for separately.
Rawai is southern Phuket: the boat pier, the fish market, seafront cafés. People drive about ten minutes to Nai Harn and Kata to swim.
VIP Thailand has six projects in our catalogue and this is the only completed one: the rest hand over between 2026 and 2028.
