VIP Space Odyssey

VIP Space Odyssey is 619 units over eight storeys in Rawai, with handover in December 2028. VIP Thailand designed it as mixed-use: studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, plus private pool villas.

A mixed format means mixed neighbours: some buyers take a studio to rent out, others take a villa to live in. They share the same grounds.

Rawai is the island's southern tip: the pier, the fish market, cafés along the seafront. Nai Harn and Kata beaches are ten minutes by car; Rawai itself is poor for swimming.

Construction started recently, with handover at the end of 2028. This is the developer's largest project in our catalogue: 619 units against 215 at the completed Great Hill.
