The Title Adora Rawai is 210 apartments over four storeys in Rawai, with handover in March 2027. The developer is Rhom Bho Property, a public company traded on the Thai bourse under the ticker TITLE.
Four floors is the brand's lowest build: there is a lift, but the place reads as a low-rise quarter rather than a resort block. Two hundred and ten apartments at that height means a long footprint, not a tower.
Rawai is southern Phuket: the boat pier, the fish market, the seafront cafés. Nai Harn and Kata beaches are ten minutes by car; Rawai itself is poor for swimming.
The developer announced Adora as an expansion of the line into new locations on the island — so it is a separate building beside Cielo, not a phase of it.
