VIP Galaxy Villas is a villa development in Rawai, with handover in December 2026. The developer is VIP Thailand.

The format differs from the developer's neighbouring projects: detached houses on their own plots rather than apartments in a block. The buyer gets land and a private pool, and with them upkeep costs an apartment does not carry.

Rawai is southern Phuket: the boat pier, the fish market, the seafront cafés; Nai Harn and Kata beaches are ten minutes by car.

Sources disagree on the number of houses, and that is worth settling with the developer before reserving: it decides both the density of the village and the size of each plot.
