Sunny Moon is 228 apartments over eight storeys on a hillside in Rawai, completed in April 2026. The developer is Sunny Development Group.

Layouts run from studios to three-bedroom units, many with balconies or terraces. That spread is rare for a resort building: developers usually repeat one rental format.

Rawai is southern Phuket: the boat pier, the fish market, cafés along the seafront. People drive to Nai Harn to swim — it and Kata are about ten minutes away.
