VIP Great Hill is 215 apartments over seven storeys in Nai Yang, handed over in March 2022. The developer is VIP Thailand, active on Phuket since 2015.

The building sits on a slope at the island's north-west edge. Nai Yang beach is a few minutes away and Phuket airport about five minutes by car — the closest residential point to the airport in our catalogue.

Being next to the airport cuts both ways. Landing and being home in ten minutes is convenient, but the flight path is close and the silence of Nai Harn is not on offer here.

Nai Yang lies within Sirinat National Park: a long beach, low buildings, noticeably fewer restaurants and shops than Bang Tao. This is a place for people who fly often and are not looking for resort bustle.
