The condotel format means a management company, hotel service and a rental programme — and with them guest neighbours and a maintenance fee above the usual.
Nai Harn is Phuket's southern tip: one of the few beaches on the island without continuous building along the water, with a lake and Promthep cape nearby.
The same developer has Aura Condominium with 241 apartments nearby. The difference is timing: Naiharn completes in 2026, Aura in 2027.
