The Panora Estuaria is 264 apartments over eight storeys in Na Chom Thian, south of Jomtien. The developer is MIDA PROPERTY and occupancy starts in 2026.
Two hundred and sixty-four apartments over eight floors is about thirty-three doors per floor — a long block along the shore rather than a tower.
Na Chom Thian is the coast south of Jomtien, already in Sattahip district: the beaches are cleaner and emptier, but Pattaya's shops and hospitals are a twenty- to thirty-minute drive away.
