Glory Village Pattaya is a villa development in Huai Yai, completed in November 2023. The legal entity is Taihe (Thailand); the plot is about 88 rai and the houses come in three types, each with its own pool and garden.

Eighty-eight rai is 140 thousand square metres — a village with its own streets rather than a cluster of houses. Prices started from 19.25 million baht.

Huai Yai is south-east Pattaya, behind the hills: quiet, green, with large plots, but twenty minutes from the sea and the city, and impossible without a car.
