The project stands on the Rama II highway in Phanthai Norasing — already Samut Sakhon, beyond the ring road, not Bangkok. Twenty-four rai, two hundred and fifty-two two-storey townhouses.
There are three house types: SINGEL — ninety-nine square metres and two bedrooms; ROKIN — one hundred and eleven and three; AMSTEL — one hundred and twenty-eight, also three bedrooms but more generous. Plots run from 16.25 to 19.8 square wah, with two parking spaces.
The quarter follows an Amsterdam theme, and here it goes as far as a pond: water with a fountain in the middle of the shared grounds, a stone bridge across it, and the clubhouse under a windmill. The façades are gabled in blue, grey and brick.
Entry starts at 1.99 million baht. Per the brochure's legal block the land is mortgaged to Kasikornbank; construction began in March 2021 and the shared areas were completed by December 2022.

Where the developer contradicts itself
- Name: the project page calls it “Siri Place Rama 2”, while the brochure and the developer's catalogue row say “Rama 2 - Wongwaen”. The card prints the full name.
- The developer's page does not print the plot area at all; the twenty-four rai come from the brochure's legal block.
- Title deeds: the brochure lists five numbers, but the first is printed without a separator and reads as seven digits. The card gives the four that are unambiguous.
- At the time the brochure was printed, the land-allocation licence had been applied for but not yet granted.
