Siri Place Prachauthit 90 occupies forty-five rai in Ban Khlong Suan — Phra Samut Chedi, Samut Prakan. Four hundred and eighty-seven townhouses: one of the developer's largest townhouse projects, with a lake of its own inside.

There are three house types — 93, 118 and 133 square metres — on plots of 16.25 to 43.2 square wa. The smallest, LOFT 93, fits two bedrooms, a separate multi-purpose room and three bathrooms into ninety-three metres.

A community this size means phases: the buyer of the first phase lives next to the building site of the second. In return, the common area in a five-hundred-house project is done in earnest rather than for show.

Construction ran from June 2019 with handover stated for September 2020. The legal section below: two title deeds, and the developer of record is Phiwatthana, a separate company under the Sansiri brand.
