About the project Anasiri Rama 2 - Wongwaen

The development stands where the Rama II highway meets the outer ring road, in Mueang district of Samut Sakhon — just beyond Bangkok's south-western boundary. Thirty-nine rai, two hundred and three two-storey houses.

There are three house types with Mediterranean names: SARDINIA — one hundred and forty-one square metres, CYPRUS — one hundred and sixty-three, SICILY — one hundred and eighty. Plots run from 35.6 to 60 square wah, that is one hundred and forty to two hundred and forty square metres of land.

The theme carries into the architecture: white render, tiled pitches, shutters, arched openings, a tower over the entrance and a colonnade by the pool. The shared part is arranged around a long pool and a lawn.

Entry starts at 4.99 million baht. The brochure carries no legal section — its text layer is seven hundred characters of copy — so the card gives no title deed number, mortgage status or construction dates.
